Your responsibilities under this service.

With our Introduction service, the landlord is responsible for carrying out viewings, selecting tenants, rent accounts and collection, periodic property inspections and all legal, operational and safety aspects of the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement.

If you'd prefer something more hands-off, consider our Letting Only or Full Management services.
